Quality Management
Our plants have well equipped Quality Control laboratory and a very stringent regime of Quality Test procedures is followed at each stage of manufacturing process, apart from conducting thorough checks on incoming and outgoing material. The laboratory maintains full trace-ability records of all manufacturing processes and raw material used.

Excel is a fully customer focused company and we assist clients at all stages – from the conception of technical specifications & designs, through sample trials & qualification, print approval, bulk production as well as shipments tracking.

For Tea packaging solutions we offer;
– Printed tea bag envelopes (for MAISA, CMA or any machine)
– Tea bag tags.( both sides or one side printed , stiff or soft paper with notch)
– Tea Bag Filter Paper – heat seal able, non heat seal able. With or without abaca pulp
– Printed folded cartons
– Over wrapping BOPP film for boxes.
– Laminates in rolls ( 2 ply, 3 ply, with Alu Foil or with metallised film, printed in up to 8 colours).
– Standup Pouches with or with our Zipper.
