A team of dynamic tea traders, with a passion for “Tea” put their heads and hearts together to form Empire Teas (Pvt) Ltd. From the humble beginnings of 12 employees and a rented factory complex, Empire Teas has built itself to a family of over 125 members, operating out of a state of the art office and factory complex, facilitating annual exports of 10 -12 million kilos of tea.

Empire is also among the top ten exporters of Ceylon Tea. The brand “Hyson” was born to share this passion among tea connoisseurs throughout the world. “Hyson” offers a wide range of value added products to suit every taste, culture, mood and moment.

We are fully focused in marketing and establishing “Hyson” as a premium Ceylon Tea brand, whilst maintaining its values, vision and image.
