Pei Chen Tea Palace is a Taiwanese – Asian Tea House and Center for Studies of Asian Tea Culture in Belgrano – Caba, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Tea Cupping and Tea Ceremony Courses are provided. They are based on the Tea Tasting Course of the University of ZheJiang, ZheJiang, China. They are backed and approved by the Chinese Government.
